Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is growing and seeking compassionate Home Care Caregivers to join our award-winning team serving Wautoma and surrounding communities. We offer flexible day, evening, and overnight schedules designed to fit your lifestyle, with both full-time and part-time opportunities and paid orientation.

You’ll provide one-on-one care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one support that enhances client quality of life while promoting safety, independence and dignity.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Support mobility and fall prevention.
• Care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and other age-related conditions.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

What You'll Do
