What You'll Do

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other age‑related conditions
• Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Communicate changes in the client’s condition with the office team to ensure continuity of care
