Job summary

Hireology is seeking an individual to assist with daily living skills under supervision, including light housekeeping, personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing, with focus on safety and comfort for clients in Franklin.

The role emphasizes caring responsibilities, travel to clients' residences, and compliance with health screenings and background checks. A flexible schedule and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification.
• Successfully pass clearance and reference checks.
• Able to obtain 2 step TB test and pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills including light housekeeping, meal support and dressing.
• Provide nutritional and environmental support under supervision.
• Maintain personal hygiene and safe, respectful interactions with clients.

Compensation:

$11-$13/ hour (dependent upon level of experience)

Qualifications:

• 1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred)


• Practices good hygiene and is neat in personal appearance (required)


• Fluent in English- reading, writing and speaking(required)


• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification(required)


• Successfully pass clearance and reference checks(required)


• Able to obtain 2 step TB test(required)


• Successfully pass a criminal background check(required)


• Valid Driver's License (preferred)

Functional Abilities:

• Is able to carry bundles upstairs weighing up to 10 pounds.


• Must be able to stoop and bend.


• Must be able to travel to prospective Consumer' s place of residence.


• Must be able to hear and effectively communicate in English.
