Job summary

Hireology is seeking a compassionate home health aide to provide daily living support under supervision. You will assist with light housekeeping, nutrition, personal hygiene, feeding and dressing for clients in their homes.

The role requires English fluency, CPR certification, and the ability to travel to clients' residences. A valid driver's license is preferred, and you will complete background checks and TB testing as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred).
• Practices good hygiene and is neat in personal appearance (required).
• Fluent in English—reading, writing and speaking (required).
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification (required).
• Successfully pass clearance and reference checks (required).
• Able to obtain 2 step TB test (required).
• Successfully pass a criminal background check (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living skills under supervision.
• Assist with light housekeeping, nutrition, and environmental support.
• Support personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing for clients.
• Travel to prospective Consumer's place of residence as needed.
• Report to the designated supervisor and follow safety protocols.

Compensation:

$11-$13/ hour (dependent upon level of experience)
