Job summary

AmeriCare Plus is seeking caring CNAs, NAs and PCAs to provide in-home personal care. You will help clients with daily tasks, mobility, meals and medication reminders while ensuring comfort and safety in their own homes.

We offer flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), weekly pay up to 40 hours, benefits with full-time status, and ongoing PCA training. PPE is provided and referral bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• CNA/NA/PCA certification required.
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and 2 professional references.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
