Job summary

CarePlus is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nursing Assistants (NA), and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home care. This role supports clients in their own homes with personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship.

Flexible schedules (FT/PT/PRN) are available with weekly pay and benefits for full-time staff. PCA training is offered, and PPE is provided to ensure safe care delivery.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required.
• SS card and 2 professional references.
• Virginia driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
