Job summary

AmeriCare Plus in Virginia seeks licensed CNAs, NAs, and PCAs to provide high-quality in-home personal care to clients in their own homes. Flexible Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN schedules are available, with immediate case openings and weekly pay.

You will assist with hygiene, mobility, light meals, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping, while ensuring patient safety and comfort. A Virginia driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA or PCA certification required.
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and two professional references.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and monitor changes in health.
• Report health or behavior changes to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair)

• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior

Requirements

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification (online training provided for PCA interest)
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver’s license
• SS card & 2 professional references
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
