Job summary

Transitions At Home, a nonprofit home health organization serving Wisconsin, is seeking a compassionate PRN Caregiver to provide in-home care for clients in the Stevens Point area. You’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Primary responsibilities include ADLs, exercise assistance, meals, light housekeeping, safe transfers, and companionship. We offer a competitive wage ($16-18) with benefits such as 401(k) with match, FSAs, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 17 years of age.
• One year of Caregiving experience preferred.
• A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with Exercise Programs
• Preparation of meals
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Brighten each client's day with friendly, compassionate support
