Job summary

Transitions At Home for Central Wisconsin seeks a compassionate, dependable PRN Caregiver to provide in-home care for clients in the Stevens Point area. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 17 years of age.
• One year of caregiving experience preferred.
• A valid Wisconsin driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with Exercise Programs
• Preparation of meals
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Brighten each client's day with friendly, compassionate support
