Job summary

Transitions At Home offers compassionate in-home care in the Madison area. We are seeking a PRN/Part-Time Caregiver to support clients, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

The role emphasizes empathy, flexibility, and a commitment to high-quality care within a nonprofit home health setting. Primary duties include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• One year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement.
• Brighten each client’s day with friendly, compassionate support.
