Apex Companion Care in Callahan, FL is hiring a PRN home-based caregiver to assist a client with daily living activities at the client's home. You will provide personal care, help with mobility, and support medication reminders, while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

Required include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and Florida state training requirements (AHCA 40 hours or competency test). CPR preferred; flexible hours offered and competitive hourly pay.

Qualificações

• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance; access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Willingness to function in any home setting regardless of client background.
• State-specific requirement: 40 hours of AHCA training OR home health aide competency test (AHCA Form 3110-1007).
• CPR certification preferred; 6+ months home care experience; ability to work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or run errands.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
