Job summary

Optum is recruiting home-based Caregivers to support clients in Inglis, FL, helping individuals stay in their own homes. This PRN role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within a nationwide care network.

Required: valid driver's license with reliable transportation, BLS/CPR certification, and Florida AHCA training or competency test. Preferred: 6+ months home care experience and ability to work flexible hours. Pay ranges from $14 to $20 per hour plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
