Synergy HomeCare of the Champlain Valley in Vermont is seeking a Residential Caregiver – Personal Care Assistant to support clients at home, helping maintain independence through non-medical daily tasks and compassionate care.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, while transporting clients to activities and building trusted relationships with families. Flexible full- or part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High school degree or equivalent
• English fluency
• Friendly, outgoing, and warm
• Valid driver's license
• A reliable vehicle
• Reliable and punctual
• Some open schedule availability
• Ability to serve Addison County

Responsabilités

• Provide essential in-home support to maintain clients' independence.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Assist with mobility and light housekeeping; provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Foster warm companionship and build genuine relationships with clients and families.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and families to ensure consistent, reliable care.
