Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to provide hands-on support to clients in Suffolk and Franklin, VA. You will assist with daily activities, basic health-related tasks, and emotional support for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate is dependable, has relevant training, and is passionate about helping others maintain their independence at home. Flexible hours available, including evening or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Current training as a PCA, HHA, or Nurse Aide per Virginia requirements.
• Previous experience in home care or caregiving preferred.
• Comfortable assisting clients with chronic illnesses or mobility challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities.
• Observe, document, and report changes in the client's condition.
• Follow care plans and communicate any concerns with supervising nurses.
