Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is looking for compassionate Personal Care Aides / Home Health Aides to provide essential support in Suffolk and Franklin, VA. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety in their homes.

The ideal candidates will have relevant training and preferably experience in home care. You will be part of a caring team, responsible for observational care, companionship, and documentation of client interactions. Flexible working hours are available, and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Current training that meets Virginia requirements or willingness to complete PCA training.
• Previous experience in home care or caregiving preferred.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition.
