Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care - Bellevue is hiring compassionate Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time roles in-home. You will support seniors in their homes with companionship and daily living activities to help them stay safe and independent.

Qualifications

• Active Washington state HCA or CNA certification or current enrollment in approved program.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English.
• Valid U.S. work authorization.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to client care.
• Compassionate, respectful, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required for caregiving.
• Caregiving experience with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and supportive companionship.
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and activities of daily living.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.
• Accompany clients to appointments, walks, errands, and other activities as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Support clients with maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and client instructions.
• Observe and report unusual incidents or changes in a client's condition to the agency, medical professionals, and family members as appropriate.
• Respond appropriately and responsibly in emergency situations.
• Treat every client with dignity, respect, patience, and compassion.
