Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care - Kenmore is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers for part-time roles to provide in-home support, companionship, and personal care. You will help clients stay comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes, following individualized care plans.

We offer flexible scheduling, training, and benefits including health insurance and paid time off. Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required, and CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.
• Current CPR certification is preferred/required as applicable.
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Prepare meals and assist with basic household tasks.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
• Assist with ambulation, exercise, and daily activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, walks, or shopping when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to family or care team.
• Follow individualized care plans with respectful, compassionate care.
