Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care in Bellevue, WA is hiring Caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs for part-time and full-time roles. Must be a licensed and insured driver, with the ability to pass background checks.

Earn $21-23 per hour with opportunities for up to 40 hours depending on client needs. Positions offer flexible scheduling, health/dental/vision insurance options, paid time off and sick leave, and free continuing education and training.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification or enrollment in an approved program.
• Licensed and insured driver.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks.
• Able to read, write, and follow directions in English.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to perform caregiving duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Help with personal care, hygiene, and dressing.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Assist clients with appointments, walks, and outings.
• Report changes or unusual incidents to the appropriate parties.
