Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this in-home part-time role, you will work 2 days a week and every other Friday (10am–3pm), about 3 hours per day, at $18 hourly.

No overnights, weekends, or personal cares, with mileage reimbursement. Join a mission-driven team and help participants live well, grow, and participate in community activities while developing rewarding

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Good communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver''s license and access to a vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home caregiving to participants.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Follow care plans with compassion, reliability, and respect for participants.
