Job summary

A local caregiving service in Moscow is seeking full-time and part-time caregivers to join their award-winning team. Position Summary

Come join our award‑winning caregiving team! We are looking to hire full‑time caregivers for our Palouse branch, which serves Moscow, Pullman, Colfax, Lewiston, Clarkston and surrounding areas.

Branch Coverage & Shift Availability

Preferred availability: weekdays with early morning to mid‑day shift coverage (Mon‑Fri). We also need part‑time shifts:

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekends, 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Compensation

Pay range: $17.25–$20.75 per hour. Weekend differential: +$1 per hour. We reimburse $0.60 per mile for client transportation.

Caregiver Duties

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Help clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Drive clients to stores or appointments as needed
• Monitor and report on clients’ condition

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs and up to 50 lbs rarely
• Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app
• Pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state‑required caregiver/HCA training (we provide training if needed, and you have 120 days to complete)
• HCA or CNA license is preferred; if not, must enroll in our HCA training program
• Driver’s license and vehicle for client transportation; we reimburse mileage
• Smartphone use for mobile app
