Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in Moscow, ID. Enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and paid orientation and training as you build a rewarding career in in-home care.

You'll help with daily activities, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation, while adhering to safety and privacy standards. No prior experience? We train you and match you with clients that fit your availability and skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 10–50 lbs.
• Must own a smartphone with app access.
• Must pass state and national background checks.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Auto insurance coverage required or provided.
• Ability to meet state caregiver/HCA training requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, dishes).
• Prepare and serve meals as needed.
• Help clients bathe, dress, and groom."
• Provide companionship through activities and hobbies.
• Transport clients to store or appointments as required.
• Monitor and report client condition and changes.

This position is for our Moscow, ID branch location!

Pay: $19.00 - $22.50/hr

Caregiver Job Duties

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
• Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
• Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
