Happy to Help Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable in-home caregivers to serve Arco, ID and surrounding communities. You will provide meaningful one-on-one care to clients in their own homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

The role rewards reliability, clear communication, and respect for each client’s routines and dignity. Full-time and part-time opportunities exist, with mileage reimbursement and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal care instructions
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support
• Professional, respectful, and dependable demeanor
• Ability to work independently in a client's home

Responsabilités

• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Assisting with mobility, repositioning, walking, and safe transfers
• Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary needs
• Providing feeding assistance when needed
• Performing light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, changing linens, tidying, and maintaining a clean and safe home
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan (no medication administration)
• Providing transportation assistance for appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and approved outings
• Offering respite support for family caregivers
• Following individualized care plans and documenting services provided
• Observing and promptly reporting changes in a client's condition or needs
• Supporting each client's independence, dignity, routines, and personal preferences
