Synergy HomeCare of Milpitas is seeking an in-home caregiver to deliver one-on-one personal care in clients' homes in Milpitas, CA. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and professionalism in supporting daily living activities and wellbeing.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, prepare meals, and help with light housekeeping while ensuring safety and adherence to care plans. This team-focused role offers meaningful, client-centered work.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred.
• Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clients.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Companion Care, Homemaker, Personal Care.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Provide safe transportation and accompaniment to appointments or errands
• Document and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors
