Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Milpitas is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to join our growing team in Milpitas, CA. This role provides personalized, one-on-one care in clients' homes, emphasizing compassion and dedicated service.

The ideal candidate has experience in caregiving, strong communication, and reliability. A valid driver’s license is preferred; background checks and references are required. We offer a supportive environment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) preferred.
• Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clients.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Companion Care, Homemaker, Personal Care.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Provide safe transportation and accompaniment to appointments or errands
• Document and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
