Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is hiring Home Care Caregivers to serve New London and surrounding communities. The role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts with flexible full-time or part-time opportunities, and a support-driven, caregiver-first culture.

Candidates provide one-on-one in-home care to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent. Paid training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Paid orientation and training provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Care for individuals with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and other age-related conditions.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for clients.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families.

What You'll Do
