Job summary

Right at Home Rhome is hiring compassionate caregivers to assist seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes in Weatherford, TX. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and support to help clients live independently with dignity and safety.

We welcome CNAs, HHAs, PCA experience, or strong caregiving backgrounds. Full-time and part-time roles with paid training, mileage reimbursement, and bi-weekly pay are available. Join a team that values respect, teamwork, and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene.

• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities to reduce isolation.

What You’ll Do

As a caregiver, you’ll help clients maintain independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene)
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Dementia and memory care support
• Range-of-motion exercises
• Companionship through conversation, music, games, and activities

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Basic English communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Clean background check

CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is a plus - but not required.
