Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assistance with ADLs and IADLs for Clients.
• Establish effective communication with Clients and family.
• Document duties performed as per service plan.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the Client.
• Remind Clients for self-administered medications.
• Report changes in the Client's condition.

Skills

Professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA)

Alzheimer's/Dementia experience

Ability to pass a background check
