Job summary

Alana Home Care is seeking Full Time and Part Time In-Home Caregivers in Middle Tennessee. We provide personal care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, working as a team to deliver high-quality in-home care. You’ll be part of a caring environment where caregivers are valued members of the Alana family.

No experience is necessary and paid training is provided. Uniform and equipment are supplied, and a referral bonus program pays you for referring other caregivers!

Qualifications

• You must live in the Middle Tennessee area.
• Reliability and attendance are important.
• Passion for helping others.
• Reliable transportation and a personal phone for clocking in/out.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and activities of daily living.
• Assist with hygiene, transfers, and meal preparation.
• Provide 24/7 care for clients with mobility disabilities.

Responsibilities

Caregiver performs personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living. These may include:

• Personal Hygiene
• Transfers
• Meal Preparation
• 24/7 Care: Assists clients living with a mobility disability
