Job summary

Alana Home Care is seeking Full Time and Part Time In-Home Caregivers in Middle Tennessee. We provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities, working as a team to ensure high-quality support. No experience is required and paid training is offered, with uniforms and equipment provided.

A referral bonus program pays for referring other caregivers. Caregivers perform personal care, assist with transfers, meal prep, and 24/7 support as needed.

Qualifications

• Live in Middle Tennessee area.
• Reliable transportation and a personal phone for clocking in and out.
• Passion for assisting others.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs multiple times per day.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities that assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Assist with transfers and mobility.
• Meal preparation and basic daily activities.
• Provide 24/7 care as needed for clients with mobility disabilities.

Responsibilities

Caregiver performs personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living. These may include:

• Personal Hygiene
• Transfers
• Meal Preparation
• 24/7 Care: Assists clients living with a mobility disability

• You must live in the Middle Tennessee area
• Reliability - Our clients depend on us and due to our commitment to them, attendance in working scheduled hours is important
