Job summary

Alana Home Care in Middle Tennessee is seeking Full Time and Part Time In-Home Caregivers to provide compassionate care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Caregivers are essential members of the Alana family and work as a team to deliver high-quality, personalized support.

No experience is necessary and paid training is provided. We offer a sign-on bonus, uniform and equipment, and a referral bonus program. Compensation ranges from $13 to $17 per hour based on experience and schedule.

Qualifications

• Must live in the Middle Tennessee area.
• Reliability and dependable attendance are essential.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs multiple times per day.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene.
• Assist with transfers and mobility.
• Meal preparation and simple feeding as needed.
• Provide 24/7 care and companionship as required.

Responsibilities

Caregiver performs personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living. These may include:

• Personal Hygiene
• Transfers
• Meal Preparation
• 24/7 Care: Assists clients living with a mobility disability

Requirements

• You must live in the Middle Tennessee area
• Reliability - Our clients depend on us and due to our commitment to them, attendance in working scheduled hours is important
• Passion for assisting others
• Reliable transportation and a personal phone for clocking in and out
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs multiple times per day
