Job summary

Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients with daily living activities. No prior experience required; we provide in-person and online training to prepare you for success.

You will assist with personal care, transfers, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, while maintaining client dignity and privacy. This role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a HS diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide fall prevention and assist with transfers.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs.
• Escort clients to appointments and activities.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversations.
• Report changes in client condition to supervisors and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely

• Give medication reminders

• Perform light housekeeping, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry

• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions

• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients

• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate parties

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling client information

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

• You must have a reliable means of transportation.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, be eligible for an Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, and have a clean driving record.

• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
