Job summary

Honor is hiring in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one support to older adults in their own homes across Orange County, including Mission Viejo, Huntington Beach and Anaheim. Roles available part-time and full-time with flexible morning, daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping, with competitive hourly pay and weekly pay. Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non‑family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to client homes
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use, and incontinence care
• Help with mobility and daily routines based on client care needs
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide reliable, consistent support in the client’s home

Your schedule and client assignments will depend on your availability, location, experience, and current client needs.

Requirements
