Job summary

Honor is seeking an In Home Caregiver / Home Care Aide in Orange County to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes, offering morning, daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Care opportunities across Orange County, including Mission Viejo, Huntington Beach, and Anaheim, with weekly pay and benefits eligibility.

Hourly pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.25, with part-time and full-time roles available and the chance to grow with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Min 6 months paid professional caregiving (non-family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to client homes.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client for consistency.
• Basic English speaking/reading/writing; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.
• Complete compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use, and incontinence care.
• Help with mobility and daily routines based on each client’s care needs.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
