Senior Helpers of Waxhaw-Monroe seeks compassionate caregivers (HHAs, PCAs, CNAs) to support seniors across Union, Cabarrus, Stanly and Rowan counties. You will assist with daily living, provide companionship, and help with meals, mobility, and safety in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must pass background and Drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Participate in client preferred activities (e.g., gardening, games, crafts)
• Prepare meals and support light household tasks
• Monitor and document changes in clients’ physical or cognitive condition
• Maintain a safe, clean environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies
