Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must pass background and Drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Participate in client preferred activities (e.g., gardening, games, crafts).
• Prepare meals and support light household tasks.
• Monitor and document changes in clients' physical or cognitive condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
