Job summary

Preble Home Health Services Llc is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to deliver in-home care in Preble County, Ohio. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and provide companionship to help clients stay safe and independent at home.

Requirements include an active STNA or CNA license in Ohio, a valid driver’s license, reliability, and ability to work with a personalized care plan. Prior caregiving experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio STNA or CNA license required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with a personalized care plan.
• Prior caregiving/home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
