A Better Solution in Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers (HCA/CNA) to join our team in Stanwood, WA. Our caregivers help clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes while providing the support they need each day.

Join our caring, supportive team with flexible scheduling, paid training, and travel reimbursement for in-home care in Stanwood and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Washington State HCA or CNA certification required or in progress as permitted by state requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as outlined in their care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtime needs.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and other household support.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs.
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client’s care plan.
• Follow individualized care plans and complete required shift documentation.
