Job summary

Gracious Beginnings LLC in Indiana is seeking caregivers to provide in-home support to clients across the state. Positions available include full-time, part-time, and PRN, with flexible scheduling and emphasis on compassionate, respectful care.

Caregivers follow care plans, assist with daily living, manage meds reminders, offer companionship, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and help with transportation and records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of personal care and home management.
• Knowledge of client care standards and documentation.
• Good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow the written care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing etc.).
• Ensure client’s safety and security by supervising the home environment.
• Provide companionship including social interactions and emotional reassurance.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping (beds, vacuuming, laundry).
• Medication reminders.
• Provide transportation and assist errands.
• Complete and maintain client records.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
