Job summary

Freedom Home Care in Wilmington, Ohio is seeking caring caregivers / personal care assistants to support veterans and seniors at home. The role offers part-time or full-time hours with hourly pay of $15–$17 and a focus on independence and quality of life.

You will provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, medication reminders, and transportation, while maintaining documentation in AxisCare. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Pass BCI/FBI background check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Active car insurance; reliable transportation.
• Prefer 1 year of personal care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance).
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Documentation in AxisCare.
