Job summary

Freedom Home Care in Liberty Township, OH is seeking a Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant to support veterans at home. The role offers part-time or full-time hours with pay between $15 and $17 per hour, depending on experience, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in clients' daily lives.

You will provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation, and you’ll document care in AxisCare.

Qualifications

• Pass BCI/FBI background check is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Active car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to Liberty Township and surrounding areas.
• Prefer 1 year of personal care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance).
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Documentation in AxisCare.
