Job summary

Freedom Home Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home care for veterans in Liberty Township, PA. You will assist with daily activities, accompany clients to appointments, and support independence in a mission-driven team.

We value strong communication, reliability, and a calm, compassionate presence. Background checks, valid license, and access to reliable transportation are required; experience with dementia or mobility assistance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pass BCI/FBI background check.
• Valid driver’s license with active car insurance.
• Preferred 1 year of personal care experience.
• Experience with dementia or mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance).
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Documentation in AxisCare.

Position: Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant:

• Pay Range: $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)
• Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
• Location: Liberty Township (45011)
