Job summary

SRX Home Care, LLC is seeking an In-Home Senior Caregiver to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. You will provide companionship, support with activities of daily living, and coordinate with the care team to ensure wellbeing.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication. A valid driver’s license and a background check are required, with the opportunity to make a positive community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work independently in client homes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention.
• Accompany clients to appointments or run errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
