Job summary

SRX Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate In-Home Senior Caregiver to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Starting pay is $16-$18 per hour with flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to make a positive impact in your community.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently and pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
