Job summary

SRX Home Care, LLC is seeking an In-Home Senior Caregiver to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes in Northeast Iowa. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care, meals, and daily living activities, while maintaining clear communication with the care team.

Starting pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment to make a positive impact in your community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and reliable mindset required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention.

• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
