Job summary

SRX Home Care, LLC in Iowa is looking for an In-Home Senior Caregiver to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care, and support daily routines.

We value compassion, reliability, and good communication. Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to pass background check, and at least 1 year of caregiving experience. Pay starts at $16–$18 per hour with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Accompany clients to appointments or run errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
