Job summary

SRX Home Care, LLC is seeking an In-Home Senior Caregiver in Calmar Township, IA to help loved ones stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and mobility support. Starting pay is $16–$18 per hour with a flexible schedule and supportive team. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Minimum age 18 with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience required.
