Job summary

Horizon Project, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in clients' homes and in the community. Roles include providing in-home care across Residential & Supported Living, Day Support, and Job Coaching programs.

No prior experience is required, though experience may affect starting pay. Shifts vary (day, swing, NOC, weekends) with a pay scale of $16–$18.50 per hour based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• No prior experience or certifications required, but experience may be discussed for starting pay.

Responsibilities

• Give clients their medications.
• Help clients manage and track their money.
• Assist with showering, hygiene, and bathroom needs.
• Help with household tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Monitor health and notify supervisor of concerns.
