All My Love Homecare is seeking a compassionate aide to provide personal care services to clients in their homes under professional supervision. You will follow the client service plan, maintain confidentiality, and report any changes to the administrator.

The role requires strong communication, basic reading/writing skills, and adherence to NV statutes governing PCS. Training, background checks, and First Aid/CPR are mandatory within specified timelines.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, speak and communicate effectively with clients.
• Understand NV statutes governing PCS and NAC 449.
• First Aid & CPR training within 6 months of hire.
• Criminal & other background checks required.
• Receive annually not less than 8 hours of training related to client care.
• Successful completion of on-hire orientation & training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care services to agency clients in their homes per the client service plan.
• Attend required orientation/training and follow agency policies.
• Report and document activities on agency forms.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow emergency procedures and client rights at all times.
• Communicate effectively with administrator, clients and family members.
