Job summary

All My Love Homecare is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide in-home personal care under professional supervision. You will assist clients with activities of daily living, follow individual service plans, and maintain accurate documentation in a homecare setting.

The role requires understanding NV PCS regulations, reliable communication, and commitment to training and professional standards. An emphasis on compassion, safety, and client confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Age 18 years or older.
• Be responsible and mature with the empathy needed to assist elderly and disabled clients.
• Understand NV statutes governing PCS and NAC 449.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Commit to at least 8 hours of annual training related to client care.
• Criminal and other background checks required.
• First Aid & CPR training within 6 months of hire.
• Successfully complete on-hire orientation and training.

Responsibilities

• Acquire working knowledge of NV statutes governing agency licensing (NAC 449) prior to delivering care.
• Provide services per the client service plan.
• Attend required orientation/training at hire and ongoing per policy.
• Deliver personal care services in clients' homes to assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, grooming, meals, laundry, shopping, transportation and other minor needs.
• Perform tasks specified for each client on the service plan.
• Document activities and client changes daily to the Administrator/designee.
• Report significant changes to the Administrator/designee promptly.
• Follow emergency procedures and infection control guidelines.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA and agency policy.
