Job summary

Windward Life Care in San Diego is hiring in-home caregivers. We welcome experienced caregivers and those new to the industry to apply, supporting clients with daily living needs and companionship.

This role includes duties such as bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders and dementia care. Benefits include weekly pay, paid sick time, mileage reimbursement and growth opportunities through annual raises and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience with older adults, including: Alzheimer's/Dementia, Personal Care (Bathing/Showering, Incontinence Care)
• Dependable, reliable, and an efficient problem solver
• Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and Clean Driving Record - comfortable driving clients in your vehicle
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 40 lbs unassisted
• Pass Home Care Services Bureau Live Scan background check and TB Test - costs paid by employer
• Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols including wearing a face covering during certain activities
